Just Fits Terms of Use

1. Licence and distribution

You may install and use the free edition for personal or professional image processing. A valid Pro licence enables the paid features below. The licence is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Ownership of the software remains with its rights holders.

The Microsoft Store is the distribution channel for installing and updating Just Fits. New Pro licences are purchased separately through Lemon Squeezy. Existing Microsoft Store Pro purchases remain recognised by the app; they do not automatically become Lemon Squeezy licences. See the product page for current release availability and features.

2. Free edition and Pro purchase

The free edition adds a Just Fits watermark to exported copies. Just Fits Pro costs EUR 2.99 as a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription, and enables new exports without that watermark. Buying Pro does not automatically change previously exported files.

Applicable taxes and the final amount payable are shown at checkout before payment. The price and conditions accepted for your order govern that purchase. Installing the free app does not charge you or automatically purchase Pro.

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases through its checkout, handling payments, tax collection, receipts and refund processing. Its Buyer Terms govern the transaction alongside your mandatory consumer rights. I provide the application and help with use and activation.

3. Activation and connectivity

Enter the licence key from your Lemon Squeezy purchase in the app to activate Pro. The activation allowance is the one stated in the offer for your purchase.

Activation, deactivation and verification require internet access. After successful verification, Pro can continue offline for up to seven days, subject to any licence expiration. A definitive invalid or revoked licence ends paid access; verification also needs renewal after the offline period expires. The free edition remains available.

Use Deactivate this PC to release a Lemon Squeezy activation. Uninstalling or deleting local records alone does not release it at the provider. Contact support if a device is unavailable. Keep your licence key private.

4. Refunds and consumer rights

The Refund Policy explains requests and rights relating to withdrawal, non-delivery and defective or non-conforming digital content. Lemon Squeezy processes refunds for its purchases. Earlier Microsoft Store purchases follow Microsoft’s refund procedures and applicable law.

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights. Any digital-content exception to a statutory withdrawal right applies only when all legally required conditions, including express consent and acknowledgement, have been satisfied.

5. Your images and output copies

You retain ownership of your images and must have the rights needed to use them. Just Fits processes selected files locally, preserves originals and saves copies to your chosen folder. Replacing an existing output copy requires confirmation.

Compression and resizing can reduce quality or dimensions and change metadata. Re-encoded copies remove prior metadata; unchanged Pro copies may retain it. Just Fits is not a universal metadata-removal tool. Review exported images before use. Meeting a size limit does not guarantee acceptance by a third-party form or service.

6. Permitted use and updates

Use Just Fits lawfully. Do not redistribute or resell the app without permission, remove ownership notices, bypass licensing controls or infringe another person’s rights. Restrictions on reverse engineering or modification apply only as permitted by law. Third-party components retain their respective licence rights and notices.

Review the product page and Microsoft Store system requirements before purchase. Processing support and results depend on input files and the supported app version.

Updates may address reliability, security or compatibility and may change features. A Pro purchase does not promise every future feature or lifetime upgrades. Updates and remedies required by consumer law remain available under that law.

7. Liability, ending use and privacy

Responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduce remedies for defective or non-conforming software.

You may stop using and uninstall Just Fits at any time. Pro features can become unavailable if a licence is refunded, revoked or otherwise invalid. Losing Pro does not change copies already saved. Local licensing records may remain after uninstalling.

The Just Fits Privacy Policy describes local processing, licence requests and support information.

8. Changes and applicable law

Changes to these terms will identify their revision date, with notice or agreement where legally required. Changes do not remove acquired purchase rights. Applicable law, including mandatory protections in your country of residence, governs your rights. Nothing here prevents a claim before a court or authority available under that law.
